Holy crap, hon. I'm so sorry it has taken me this long to respond. I'm not very active on this account, to be completely honest.
Anyway.
First off, you need to know that you are perfect just the way you are. Forget the way that society wants you to look, because their way is total crap.
Secondly, if you are comfortable with the way you look, and your health is not being affected, then why try to lose what is perfect?
So what if you have a little extra weight on you? DON'T FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKEN (tbh, that was my first time using that cliche. It was awesome).
But sweet, if you are really serious about losing the weight and are not happy with having a little extra weight, then feel free to do exercise or eat a healthy diet.
Do NOT under any circumstances try to starve yourself. We would all rather see you with a belly rather than in a hospital because your body doesn't have enough nutrients.
