          So rewriting a book is EXTREMELY hard! way harder than I thought it would be! I have now re-edited the first 30 chapters four times and I am still not happy with it! (And that doesnt include the second half of the story! 
          
          Would y'all prefer me to just go ahead and post the beginning and update as I finish? Or wait and upload it all at once?

Are you planning on continuing the new version of “the story of us”? The new version is sooo good. I remember reading all of the old ones!

Y’all...please bare with me for this rant...
          
          
          If you’re a wattpad author and you commit to a story, you have the right to stop writing it if you want to. You have the right to move over to a different platform. You have the right to choose a method where you get paid for what you write. I’m totally supportive of all of that. 
          
          But why...why move your book to Patreon, charge $5 a month for a guaranteed 8chapters/month, and then NOT PUBLISH THE CHAPTERS for two whole months?? Especially when you have over ONE HUNDRED subscribers per month who have chosen to support you through PAYING YOU to write when you promised them two chapters per week (8/month)???? And then ignore the people who are paying you and act as though you’ve done nothing wrong? You’ve stolen their money and taken advantage of their patronage! And to add to that frustrating mess, you continue to update on wattpad ONE TIME PER MONTH! The poor wattpad only readers get one measly chapter per month?? That just doesn’t make any sense! Just don’t update on wattpad at all. 
          
          I don’t know...everyone has the right to update and write however they may choose. That’s why this platform is so great. But don’t steal money from the people who are trying to support you! And if you get behind, explain your shortcomings and try to make it up! Don’t ignore comments from worried fans and patrons and delete their comments! 
          
          Sorry....rant over
