Day 2 of tryna get abs/smaller waist..!
How it went:
• my body hurts from yesterday, but once i started exercising, there was little to no pain lmao
• did lots of shit (too much) of CHLOE TING- (i think that's her name) which is supposedly exhausting but idk it wasn't that bad.. probably bc i was doing it wrong tho-
• also, if the bottom of your ribs hurt (around your waist (idk how to explain myself)), that's normal- so im actually fine, i think
• im going for a walk/run later + ill search for different exercises
I'm pretty motivated ngl
Let's see how tomorrow goes- byee
