Woah more than 10 years since I last logged on here. I forget this exists most of the time.
          
           I still read a lot of fic but I’ve moved over to AO3. My friend is starting to write fic and I’m going to beta read for her. But that means that I have the itch to write again. Def not 1d fics though.
          
           If anyone still follows me… why?? Please know I was a hella depressed teenager/young adult and all my works on here clearly reflect that. Happy to report I’m doing much better, and have a dog! 
          
          Hope you all are doing well and that you’re somehow surviving the hellscape that is the world right now. Find joy and hold onto it. We’ll make it through this.

So I tend to check in every now and again when I remember this app exists. It blows my mind people are still reading my cringeworthy 1st fics. But I thank you none the less. 
          
          Update in my life, I'm in my second year of college and have exams next week but passing everything so far phew.  I thank you again for all of your reads and I'll check back in maybe a couple months?? I don't know

How are people still voted and reading my stories woah. Well thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Some of the earlier ones make me so embarrassed looking back now and seeing how far my writing has come. I'm in college full time right now & a job so I have no extra time for writing at the moment. I'm done school in May though and have a couple things planned. I'm traveling to england with my two best friends and I'm so excited. I'm also meeting one of my best friends who I originally met on this site almost two years ago. On top of that I'm seeing one direction again when they come to Toronto. I also have an original story planned that I want to write this summer so maybe I'll post it here? I'm also on archive of our own if you care.

So I should explain and make a proper goodbye. So I'm not quitting wattpad because I still read a couple stories that are ongoing. But I don't think I'm going to post anymore. maybe one day. I was officially diagnosed with my anxiety disorder and mild depression and put on medicine a month ago. I'm doing better. I still have some days that really suck but thats life. So I'm happy most days which is brilliant and so refreshing. I am actually doing things with my life and it makes me so good. I'm going to college in the fall and then to england next summer. So I'm not deleting my account I'm just going to be on hiatus I guess? 
          
          Wattpad recently has become very depressing with the stories and it saddens me. I can't keep reading it because it triggers me. Please don't Romanticize mental health disorders. They suck and you don't need to do that to people. Please go talk to someone if you're feeling unwell. That being said Wattpad has been one of the best things in my life. It let me express myself when I needed that in my life. and it let me meet one of my now bestfriends @nyctophilic who I will be meeting next may!!!!!!
