hi loves!! as someone who’s really into art and creating my own characters, i find it honestly disrespectful when people use AI to generate their covers or OC characters. i recently published a Neteyam Sully fanfic, and i’m so proud of the cover and my main character Nìvya. everything from her design to her outfit was drawn and created by me. it took hours of sketching, loads of drafts and editing, and seeing people just click a button to “make” something similar feels like it dismisses all the effort and imagination that goes into real art. it’s one thing to get inspiration, but it’s ultimately lazy and ignorant to generate something that you could draw yourself. there’s something special about creating something yourself, and it deserves to be respected. i enjoy reading on Wattpad when i have the time but ultimately seeing an ai cover or even ai art included in the book will immediately make me click off and not read it because if someone uses ai for the graphics, whose to say that they haven’t used it to write it?? i just find incredibly disrespectful of people to use something which is destroying the environment for books and fanfiction and don’t think they should be given a platform on here when there are many deserving authors that don’t use ai that should have one. if you are a reader of mine or even a fellow mutual but are pro ai then you are not welcome here.

HI!! Um remember when i recommended a Smallville Clark Kent (Tom Welling) fanfiction. I thought maybe you can do it with a black oc character there's not much of those. And of course i thought the character would be a a bold confident and kind but a powerful witch with superstrength. I feel it would a golden retriever x black cat kind? What do you think?

          just wanted to pop in and say I’m so sorry for the slower updates lately—I haven’t forgotten about any of my fics, I promise. life’s just been a bit hectic right now since I’ve started my first year of A Levels (I’m taking chemistry, physics, maths, and am getting forced to do Welsh Bacc), and the workload is intense. between revision, homework, and trying to sleep occasionally, writing time has been harder to find.
          
          I still love these stories and all of you who read, and comment—it genuinely means the world and keeps me motivated even when I’m buried in homework and revision.
          
          so, updates will be a bit less frequent for now, but I will keep writing whenever I can. thank you all for being patient and understanding—you’re the best!!
