//y'all, I'm scared and cold right now. My mom was trying to drive and knocked into a dump truck on accident. The guy driving the truck said that he was ok and that he forgave us. The police helped my mom wrap a bag into the broken window. I have small shards of glass from the crash in my hair and on my body. I just wanna go home
@Levani09 //this was was like, last year lol. Luckily we are ok. My mom got an SUV and I didn't really get hurt. The glass has scratched a little on my chest but it was small and didn't really hurt. The only thing it did was scare the hell out of me and make my mom feel like it was her fault that we were scared. But other then that, were ok

14 years ago from today, hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and Slidell Louisiana killing many people. My grandmother and great grandmother are still here. So are the other people in my family. But lots of pictures of my grandmother (from when she was younger) were destroyed from the hurricane. Still we would like to honer the people that helped everyone out. I would. This hurricane destroyed lots of stuff. Including the only way to transport from Slidell to New Orleans. I'm blessed to have people from my family (that live in Slidell) still living today.
