Perhaps have it start with Auston being miserable about his condition and fearful for his future and giving the doctor a hard time but then he starts to fall in love with her based on his feelings for how professional she is, the respect he has for her being at the top of her game and his attraction; almost like she's out of his league. You take it from there. I trust you will work a masterpiece. You are amazing!
