Third Years are allowed to take electives. This seems like a hectic schedule but once you get the hang of it, the year will go by like a breeze. Third years can go out to the village on weekends as long as you have a a guardians permission.

Care of Magical Creatures - Here, you can learn how to feed and maintain various creatures.

Students are now allowed to sign up for the Quidditch team in their second year. Classes officially end at 5:00pm but Second Year's have a one hour time period where they can do extra work or homework left by their teachers. Take this time to practice your spells, charms, or flying.
