When Tatia had learned that Lucifer, the man she laughed in his face about being the devil, was actually the devil. Well, she couldn't feel more horrified about the encounter than she did right now.
She was back at the Lux, placing her hand over her face as she shook her head in response
"I feel so embarrassed." She spoke when she saw him for the second encounter. "When you said you were the devil I thought you were making it up. Not that you were truthful. I feel so embarrassed I laughed at you."

Frida stayed outside for a few seconds in front of the club, the notorious club called Lux who overnight became the new heat in LA. The rain was pouring, the droplets splashing against her black umbrella as the witch looked at the gold neon sign.
The witch wasn’t interested in the club itself, but the owner, Lucifer. She was curious why the ruler of the Hell decided to give up his throne and come into the mortal world. The club was a perfect cover, she was giving him that. Rich men opened clubs all the time after all.
She finally stepped into the club, closing the umbrella, spotting some empty chair at the bar. Bingo. She thought as she stepped into the club, her heels clicking against its shiny floors. “One martini please, make it strong. Don’t be greedy with the vodka.” the redhead told the barman as she undid her coat and sat down.
Then, she waited, like a cat who waited ever so patiently for the mouse, her fingers tapping against the wooden table of the table with a rhythmic tap-tap-tap.

@FallenRadiance- “Oh you got me.” Frida mused, copying his gesture and tapping the ash from her cigarette into an ashtray, her red lips forming into a smile. Her hazel eyes scanned the club, the indulgence the mortals were delighted in, the bodies pressed together, the bad choices ready to be made. “It is curiosity, but also boredom. I’ve made it all, I’ve seen it all in mortals. They are beautiful creatures though.” she took a deep breath, her eyes again on Lucifer. “They can be good, they can love beautifully. They are creatures of art, even though it doesn’t look like it.” the witch leaned in, her slender fingers grabbing the stem of her glass, taking one sip from her martini. “But having a conversation with the Devil? Is a first, even for me.” Frida whispered, placing the glass back down with a soft clink. “I’m not here to ask anything from you, because having something means you can have nothing in seconds.” her words carried wisdom this time, a wisdom only someone who lived for centuries would know and flaunt around. “Call me Frida, redheaded witch is too much.” the woman cracked a joke, as she took in the decorum of the club. “Not going to lie, you did a wonderful job with this place. It was crap a few years ago, rusty and dusty.”

♚【 @_D3V1LISH_ 】♚ Lucifer stared at her for a moment after she spoke — then barked out a sharp laugh that turned several nearby heads. “Oh, I do like you.” He accepted the offered cigarette, though he merely rolled it between his fingers rather than lighting it. His expression remained amused, but there was something sharper behind his eyes now. Older. More dangerous. “Well, that’s refreshingly direct.” He leaned closer, lowering his voice as if sharing a delicious secret. “Most people spend at least three dates pretending they don’t know I’m the Devil” his gaze flicked to the self-lighting cigarette, then back to her face. “And you’re clearly not human.” A pleased hum left him. “Wonderful. Humans are delightful, but terribly fragile.” He leaned back against the bar, expression shifting into something quieter — not vulnerable exactly, but honest enough to be rare “at first?” he admitted. “It was boredom. Hell is dreadfully repetitive. So much screaming. Very little jazz” a pause. He looked out over his club — the dancing bodies, the flashing lights, the chaos of indulgence. “And rebellion, naturally. Father did so love assigning me places I never wished to be.” His jaw tightened faintly before the smile returned, thinner now. “Then I stayed because Earth surprised me” his gaze found hers again. “Humans sin magnificently,” he mused. “But they also love with reckless abandon. They forgive things Heaven never would” he tapped ash into a tray and tilted his head. “Now then…” his smile sharpened “a mysterious redheaded witch walks into my club knowing exactly who I am and asks existential questions” he leaned in slightly “why is that? Surely it’s not simple curiosity.”

@FallenRadiance- Frida’s head snapped towards the hand that caught her drink with such grace it looked out of his world. Then she saw who it was, her mouse, Lucifer, the one who made her curious after centuries of boredom. A smirk appeared on her face at the pet name, so sweet and deceiving, so… him. “I’m not the one to usually call out for men, I usually wait for them to come to me.” she said, taking one cigarette from her pack, pushing it towards Lucifer afterwards. “Be my guest. I find smoking such a social bad habit.” the tip of her cigarette caught itself on fire, inhaling the smoke then exhaling upwards, towards the ceiling. “You’re right, but also wrong. I hadn’t came to your club for a distraction. I’m past that since the last century, but I also didn’t came here to catch you. No offense, but it’s not in my line of work.” the witch looked at him, taking in his features. Now she finally understood why he was called God’s most beautiful creation. He looked like sin wrapped in blessings. Too bad she knew what he was. “I’m just curious.” the redhead confessed, taking another drag from her cigarette. “Curious why the Devil gave up his throne and decided to reside here, with the humans. Was it boredom? Rebellion? Both?”
