So I decided to hop back into the Warframe again because of 1999. Haven’t played it yet, just catching up on quests leading to it. But I just got done with Jade Shadows. Man, that quest made me feel things. I will never emotionally recover from this T_T

Little heads up, going to unpublish my Armored Core story, “Off the Leash,” here soon, maybe within the next day. Why? Well, to make it better. Looking back on how I originally planned it, I don’t think I can do it. Too much old lore that wouldn’t sit right with the current world of AC6 and the like. So, it’s going to get a bit of a rework.
Anyways, yeah. If you want to re-read it while it’s still available, go for it. Besides that, hope not many of you are upset about it. If you want to read a good Armored Core story in the meantime, I suggest you go check out “Transformers: Core Protocols,” by @gokugunslinger. Dude is great at storytelling and the premise behind his recent Armored Core story is awesome!

You can call this a hot take if you wish, but Astro Bot didn’t deserve Game of the Year. Against something like Wukong? It shouldn’t have stood a chance. F*ck me…
Besides that, this year was meh. The only real announcement that got me hyped as hell is Elden Ring: Nightreign. Yes yes, I’ll eat my words about Nightreign being related to Armored Core 6, but I’ll take it nonetheless, lol. I will say that there were a lot of interesting things in the trailer. The Nameless King? Lady Maria? Firekeeper, my beloved? Whatever is going on, it already has me hooked!
Borderlands 4 looks interesting, I’ll give them that.
Helldivers 2 got a new update as the Game Awards was going on. The Illuminate are back! TO ARMS!
Warframe 1999 comes out tomorrow! So hyped!
More news on The First Beserker: Khazan and an awesome cinematic. Comes out in March, can’t wait for that!

A new mech game, Steel Hunters, is coming out soon. I think they just released the open testing today, so I’ll have to give that a shot XD.
Naughty Dog is releasing The Last of us: Part 2 Remastered. Shoot me and then them because that game doesn’t not need a remaster. Bloody hell…

@HollowedPrince I mean we've already had so many gritty and mature games get GOTY so it's refreshing to see Astro Bots win. I just wish Nintendo would actually win even if the lawsuit made them villains.

@HollowedPrince I’m telling you I’ve BARELY seem any legit gameplay but the graphics look phenomenal, don’t get me wrong so does Black Myth Wukong and I personally would prefer that since it’s action compared to a (primarily) platformer like Astrobot but from what I have even seen it looks like an overall great game. If Black Myth Wukong had won, I wouldn’t have minded either since it really did fall between those two in the end.

@gokugunslinger Who’s to say? (SPOILERS) With how the Armored Core episode ended, I wouldn’t doubt it. After all, after discovering people are being augmented like him, he decided to ultimately kill them. “Nobody’s like me.” I wouldn’t doubt that given the chance he’d go after our Raven, he’d go for the kill.

Just got done binging the available episodes for Secret Level. Oh my days, my gamer heart is crying a river right now T_T
On top of that, my favorite episode out of the bunch (for the moment) has to be Armored Core. Also, absolute bloody teases! 14 minutes isn’t enough for that episode! I NEED MORE ARMORED CORE WITH KEANU!!!!
(Also also, that episode is definitely going to help with the Armored Core story. Sh*t, may have to rewrite a few things due to the insight…)

I’d say one that would be a good one is Halo. Yes yes, media has done it to death at this point, but give it to someone with passion and it will soar!

Just saw the PacMan episode and holy shit that was amazing. What games do you think they’ll touch in season 2? Do you want it to continue from season 1? If they touch new games in season 2, it might be cringe, but I’d like a episode of FNAF, TF2, Demon’s souls, The Darkness, the arkhamverse, and a KOTOR episode.
