Not the boring stuff, just the stuff that's relatively important. I can give you hit training, core workouts to get your strength up, and other training. Tactics, room clearing, firearm training, knife defense, knife offense, handgun and edged weapon takedowns, how to defend from staffs and blunt objects, and how to use them effectively.
