Nah its a fan, if not  #1. Doesn't say "Greetings Fellow Adventurers"  #2. He most likely either have a selfie or a group picture as his profile picture 
           #3. And it would be "updated" (the pic)
           #4. The only people he would most likely ask you to follow is Bethany, Cierra, or Jordan.
           #5. And in the videos I'm pretty sure he would say he has a Wattpad account. 
           #6. His picture wouldn't be the title of the book, you can clearly see the words.
