Actually, even in Spanish there are very few stories about trans women, and even fewer that focus on trans-lesbian relationships. This story was born out of my own need to find something I could relate to — and when I couldn’t, I decided to write it myself. I’ve done so with a lot of care and respect.
I’m already brainstorming new stories around trans-lesbian love too, with different characters, ages, and situations I’ve never seen represented but would love to read.
Also, I must confess... I don’t speak English — but I was so excited to share this with everyone that I used all the tools I had to make a translation possible. Please forgive me if a word or sentence sounds a bit off — it’s not my native language, but I’ve done it with all my heart.
