This is Project Rise:
Step 1: Managing Members - First off we need to remove members that want to leave the project. Then each of our admins and/or members will make a announcement on their board, asking if anyone would like to join the SLP. That way have plenty of active and willing members
Step 2: Managing Books - Step 2 involes going through all the books and deciding wheather to continue them or not. The ones that we will continue will move on to the next process, having a writer(s) assigned to the book. These writer(s) need to update the book regularly, how regularly they will decide. Then we write in the description of the book when it updates, and from then on continue updating it.
Step 3: Activate SLP Help Centers - I think we should have a book called the SPL Help Center, where people come to get emotional help. We should also have a SLP Admin Emotional Support Guidebook. This is where we write down a guide on how to handle stressful situations, and how to talk to people in need in the right way. We should assign at least one person to do research on things like that, and add to the book. This book would be not publshed, and for the members.
Step 4: A Search For Bullies And Those In need - Next we need to start doing the usual: finding bullies, and finding those who are in need of emotional support. We can do this by searching up book titles or username titles. Also by spreading the world about SLP so that people can come to tell us they know soemone who needs help.
Step 5 - Daily Happiness - I think we should make a book, or game kind of book, where people can come everyday to read, or complete tasks or do something to lift their spirits, and make them happy. This step is optional, and just a suggestion, but it would give people a reason to come back to the SLP and not forget about it.
We also NEED ranks/jobs/roles for our members! I think it would be really cool if we even had a point system where you upgrade your rank :3 sorry I'm getting carried away
