There’s a piece of glass inside my leg and it hurts but I can’t get it out because it way too deep inside and when I walk it hurts help

It is still inside my leg. Ig the piece of glass is part of me now- also idk how to explain this but when I walk the piece of glass comes down and I can feel it and it hurts So then I have to stop walking and lift my leg until the piece of glass goes back down AND ITS ANNOYGIGN
