And... that's a wrap. The final 7 chapters of Dragon Lost in Time are now live.

I honestly can't believe it. When I started this story, I never imagined it would grow into what it has become, and that's entirely thanks to you. Thank you for being the most amazing readers, for your incredible comments, and for coming along on this adventure.

Saying goodbye is bittersweet, but I'm so incredibly proud to share this ending with you all.

The story is over, but the adventure isn't. As always, there will be an epilogue (eventually). And am I done with this universe? I doubt it.

Thank you for everything! I will see you in the next one!

Heyya Author, First of all I love You Author, I just completed Dragon Lost in Time and I swear it was so good, it made me cry too, laugh and so nostalgic, I have said it earlier too, that A Ghost's Wish was my fav story from all of ur written work along with King of Hawkings and reading Dragon Lost In Time, made me feel so nostalgic and excited too, I loved every bit of it, and I love how Dragon Lost In Time makes a complete circle for fee moments of A Ghost's Wish, like who tricked Gallio to the Apex and as u changed Anima's heart into Orb, they also got switched, like no plot holes, according to me and only me , I feel like u have done whole justice to Lucian's story, at some parts it felt even more meloncholic than A Ghost's Wish and even Return of Demon Sovereign, but it was interesting too and humorous too at their own moment, and I absolutely hate Saintess like I never thought somebody could rival my hatred for Kore but she absolutely did it, both of the witches gave Generations of people accross different Era the trauma and for me I loved the way Lucian Killed the Saintess like they have been tearing each other through generations so ending with them too gave a satisfaction instead of involving everyone, I absolutely loved every bit and can't wait to re read so find the missing bread crumbs I missed while my first reading kekekeke. Thanks a lot for writing this story Author :)

tlktvnfnty

@Hopestrife well I love that Saintess even tortured u too author and I loved Lucian's story, it is just too fresh in mind currently so gotta give it sometime before re read, but I am definitely going to find bread crumbs in them, currently I am back to reading A Ghost's Wish cause I got severe nostalgia after reading Lucian's book hehehe, THANK YOU AUTHOR for writing these books

@tlktvnfnty Thank you so much! Reading this honestly made me smile.

I love hearing from readers who catch all those little connections tying back to A Ghost's Wish. There were a lot of moving pieces in Dragon Lost in Time, so it's incredibly rewarding to see my readers notice them and appreciate how they came together.

And honestly, your hatred of the Saintess is completely valid She caused an absurd amount of suffering (to Lucian, readers, and me). By the end, I had about 10 terrible deaths outlined. So if she managed to rival Kore, I'd say she did her job as an antagonist.

I'm also really happy to hear you felt Lucian's story was done justice. It was an extremely emotional journey to write, and I blubbered way too much to be considered healthy. Still, I wanted his journey to feel complete while still carrying all the joy, grief, hope, and chaos that shaped him.

Thank you for reading, for rereading, and for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful comment. I hope you have fun hunting for more breadcrumbs on your next read-through. ❤️

I don't know what to say I am just in awe of the way you write and the worlds you create it has been so long since I last found something so beautiful I am and probably always will be a silent reader but I wanted you to know that this past month I had the pleasure of reading and rereading your works I love the way you build nature in your worlds and the way relationships are more than just romance they're love and support and safety it's so beautiful I wish I could continue to read and reread your works for all the years to come, I wish you the best always

Hopestrife

@StoryTeller504 Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. It honestly means more than I can put into words.

One of my favorite things to write is the relationships between characters. I think that's why I have so many "found family" dynamics. Knowing that came through for you makes me incredibly happy.

And thank you for stepping out of silent-reader mode to leave this message. I'm really glad my stories could keep you company this past month. Comments like this are something I'll carry with me for a long time.

I hope you'll continue to enjoy my future stories, and I wish you nothing but the best as well. ❤️

@Awkwardcookie9 I'm planning on writing more fantasy stories in that vein, so don't worry. A Ghost's Wish will always be special to me too, so I definitely want to capture that same sense of magic and adventure in future projects.

Helllooooo long time uber fan here absolutely adore ur works! I wanted to ask firstly abt ur writing process? How do you outline a story, create chapters, world build & create these fantastic books that feature so many cultures and complex characters. I’ve been dabbling in writing & ur an author I really look up to so I thought why not ask, but if it’s a trade mark secret I completely understand lol! Alsooo, have you ever thought abt creating a vampire novel? I feel like I would love to see that from you heheh or a dragon rider book?? Or or or fantasy reincarnation?? Everything including romance ofccc im a bl fantasy romance fanatic as u can tellllll & those are jus sum of my fav tropes :)

Hopestrife

@lovelysai Haha, I'm glad it helped! I’m mostly just someone who has spent a lot of time making mistakes, fixing them, and learning from them. If there’s one thing I’d tell any new writer, it’s: write first, refine later. A messy draft can become a good book.

I like the idea of doing behind-the-scenes content. Maybe sharing bits of my process, abandoned ideas, or things that changed between drafts could be fun. TBH, some of my outlines look like the ramblings of someone who hasn't slept in three days. Looking back at them, half my notes are things like "make this cooler" or "figure this out later."

As for a poly story... listen, I am not saying no. It's not something I currently have planned, but I do enjoy a good challenge, and I've read a few that handled the relationships and story really well. So I'll put it in the "dangerous ideas that may end up becoming a novel" pile.

Be careful about rallying an army. Every time readers start chanting for a new idea, my plot bunnies multiply, and suddenly I'm outlining three books I wasn't supposed to be writing.

And seriously, if this conversation gets you writing more, that’s the best outcome I could ask for. Start the story, even if the first draft feels rough. You’ll learn a lot faster by writing than by waiting for the perfect plan.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and support!

Noooo this definitely answered my questions! Even ur explanations are well written holy ur a God lool thank you so much ur the sweetest & you’ve actually gave me a lot of valuable insight & motivation to just write. I’ll have to look up this D&D guides fs, so thank you very much. Perhaps you can make some sort of writers page or something that shows us the process of things (bc I really wanna see one of ur previous outlines for a book) plus that would be fun to see what directions the book could’ve turned compared to the final draft. Or even more about the person behind the books if you’re comfortable with that. Or just post fan art or whatever just to connect yk. I think with how active you are you would find success with that. But I cannot waitttt for the next thing from you regardless what it is I’m hypeeee (especially if it’s fantasy/paranormal duh) & bc I’m shameless & since I’ve already begged for other tropes I have to ask have you considered doing a poly(mmm+) type of book? I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea & it’s totally fine if it’s not yours, but there’s this book that I read a long time ago & I haven’t ever found anything like it with equal parts quality (story & plot) & not jus smut. Maybe that will be a fun little challenge you’d take on if enough of the people want it…I will rally an army if I have too just say the word..

@lovelysai Part 3... I feel like I lost the plot...

As for your other question, I don’t have vampires planned right now, but I do have a shifter idea I’ve been sitting on for a while, and vampires could fit into that world. Dragon riders aren’t currently in the works, but I’m not ruling anything out.

And I LOVE reincarnation stories too, so that’s very much on the table in the future.

            Did I answer anything? hahahha

Anyway, I'm rooting for you! Keep on writing because the worlds we can create are beautiful things.

I just wanted to let you know that your books are literally the only reason I still have Wattpad. They're just so beautiful and your writing is incredible. A Ghost's Wish has always been one of my favorites and A Dragon Lost in Time is just as good! I've cried and laughed and fallen in love with so many characters in these stories. And your other books too!

Have you considered publishing these on Amazon or sending them to literary agents? I have to say I would 100% purchase any book you wrote. I love your stories. Please keep writing. So many authors on here left and stopped writing but you have a lot of talent. Please don't stop creating beautiful stories!

Hopestrife

@hstylesgurl Thank you, this really means a lot. I’m so glad you’ve connected with the stories the way you have. That’s the best feeling as a writer. As for publishing, maybe one day, but for now, I’m just happy sharing them here and seeing people enjoy them. And I’m definitely not stopping anytime soon! ❤️

I just finished reading Dragon Lost In Time and I noticed that you put a little note at the end of one of your chapters to reassure your readers that you don't do unhappy endings. You never needed that note love, your readers are hooked as always, to the wonder of your worlds and your writing prowess.

The sheer magnificence and beauty of your imagination has me looking around every corner for magic and perhaps a glimpse of scale.

Thank you for posting to Wattpad, I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on A Ghost's Wish, it led me to you and countless adventures. I can't wait to soar into the next one. ❤️❤️

I love how, in life, sometimes we stumble into some rabbit holes without realizing how our lives will forever be fundamentally changed.
Discovering AGW was such a moment in my life.

Your works resonate with me in a such a deep way that I just can’t quite describe it.

Once again, it was a joy to accompany another friend in their adventures, to try (and pitifully fail) to make sense of the time travel rules and to see how it all wraps up beautifully.

          Can’t wait for more :)

Hopestrife

@whiteshifter This is such a beautiful message, genuinely. ❤️

Thank you for accompanying these characters through their adventures and for caring about them the way you do. Messages like this stay with me for a very long time.
