I am a lawyer, novelist, scriptwriter, story teller.
I am trilingual, but I am more fluent in French and Arabic. I am average in English.

I have spent a large part of my life imagining stories, situations and characters that are both real and fantastic. Already as a child, I imagined flying witches, looking at the mosaic tiles of our old house. I listened to the discussions, laughter and cries of the ants returning to their holes, burdened with food. I recreated the lives of people passing by on the street while I was sitting on a bus.

The day I discovered that I could express my imagination through a story was one day, in the courtroom (civil matters) of the Palais de Justice in Tunis. As a lawyer I was waiting for the Magistrate to call the numbers of my files. I got too bored and started writing on the back of the file a story I had just imagined. I went home, I transcribed everything on my computer and since then I have launched myself fully.
I discovered that I love to write. 

From these doodles was born my first novel "The birds of the Grand Boulevard&quot . The love story that rises from its ashes after five years of separation. The story of a tumultuous, painful and chaotic past. The story of mysteries that will only be revealed in the last pages of the book. But also a leap into the psychological depths of "Najla", a journalist committed to the causes of Justice and Women's Freedom but also to human beings in general. And the story of her brother who hid his homosexuality from everyone fearing a conservative, draconian and persecuting society.
I received the CREDIF 2010 Prize for the best novel.

It's been two years since I decided to really throw myself body and soul into what I love most in the world: imagining and writing.

-I wrote TV series  Drama/mystery/ romance/detective,  I like the mix of genres.

-I wrote the structure for several other fictions that could lead to feature films or series.

 I continue to imagine and write...
