Why has my life decided to turn to absolute shit?

Why tf are people w mental disabilities now 'pick mes' and 'wanting attention'? Wtf? I've got a friend who's having a shitty time and anytime he talks about it he's called attention seeking. So now he's just not saying anything, wtf is wrong with society?

I'm so pissed, I worked for ages on two gym routines, sent them off to be given feedback. And my I was told my favorite one was shit and the other one was 'amazing' 
          Fuck, I worked for maybe 20 minuets on the second one but I worked for hours on the other one that's apparently shit T-T I feel like crying now
