Rant alert:
Alright, I would like to point out that Denki and Mineta aren't the same. Yes, both are both perverted, I am 100% admitting that because that's obvious. But Denki doesn't go to the lengths that Mineta does. Denki knows boundaries and while he will openly flirt with girls, he won't physically touch them or say something demeaning about them like Mineta would.
Now before you come at me saying that I hate Mineta, I don't. While he's definitely not my favorite, I like the comedic relief he can provide in situations. And you may also make an argument of "Oh, Melodias does the same thing!". But yet again, there is a difference. Melodias actually has some depth to him and he isn't just this pervert all the time. Mineta doesn't have this going for him. If his character was built a bit more and we saw more of him having good ideas and being useful like the license exam, then maybe we'd all like him a little more.
But that's just my opinion ┐(￣ヮ￣)┌
Darius Todoroki walked over to his half brother tapping on his shoulder. His curly red hair completely covering half of his face. "Uhhhh... Are you Hasumi??" He asked.
"It's a pleasure to meet you too, my other parent is Katsuki Bakugo..," he said his shoulders relaxing slightly.
