recently a student in indonesia commited, and the reasoning was bc of too much work/assignments given by teachers.
we should've left it at that and fixed the system right? No, bc a teacher just HAD to duet a video abt the situation and say and i quote
"yuk, qt gali lagi infonya...apa bnr karna belajar daring sampai bun*h diri" translates to
"come on, let's dig up some more info... is school really the reason they commited")
it makes me so fucking pissed, like you're a fucking teacher. I literally skip breakfast to attend class, so YOU wouldn't get mad at me and mark me absent.
And even if i do skip breakfast, my parents get mad at me, it's a lose-lose. It's always a lose-lose.
I get 5 hours of sleep due to the work you give us. I stay up till 12 am doing homework, and wake up at 5 am doing even MORE homework. And I'm literally in 7th grade tf????
It was always bad, even before online school. I had to be at school at 5 am. I went home at 4/4:30 pm. then, I had lessons from 5 to 7 pm. all in 6th grade. SIXTH GRADE.
I've even thought of commiting. I wasn't even a fucking teenager.
And teachers have the AUDACITY to invalidate our feelings. I literally cry while doing homework. like i'm supposed to memorize and write down a whole 30 page chapter, WITHOUT you explaining it and i have to do it in 40 minutes or i'll get marked?
What i'm saying is, you're fucking teachers. ROLE MODELS. DO FUCKING BETTER.
@_RealMeee_ like fr my teacher told me "i only give you 1 homework per class" ok, but like, i have 12 subjects per week, and for most of our subjects, we do twice a week??? like 24 homework per week is a bit much dontya think??? ',://

Plus all the teachers saying that I was such a good girl which completes HW and stuff but like BITCHES do you KNOW THAT I'VE BEEN DOING THAT DAY AND NIGHT! I HAVE TO PROCRASTINATE SOMERIMES SO THAT I DO MUSIC, ART AND MY OTHER CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES SO THAT IM NOT STRESSES BY YOUR FCKING SHIT TOU GIVE US EVERYDAY! OUR SCHOOL ATLEASET SENDS 10 PDFS AND TELL US TO EITHER WRITE OR READ IT AND KEEP REMINDING US THAT THIS IS WHERE TOUR BASICS STARTS AND IF YOU DONT GET THIS YOU WONT BE ABLE TO PASS AND STUFF LIKE WTF?! IS THAT ALL U CARE?! ITS SAID THAT SCHOOL IS WHERE WE LEARN ABT MENTAL HEALTH AND SCHOOLS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH AND TELL US WHATS RIGHT AND WHATS WRONG BUT SOME PPL DONT KNOW THAT SCHOOL AND COLLEGE IS WHERE THE REAL MENTAL PRESSURE INCREASES EXCEPT FROM OUR SOCIAL LIVES.. SOME TEACHERS JUST EXPECT A LOT AND THINK WE CANT DO ANYTHING AND WE'LL HAVE TO COMPLETE THE WORK I AM TIRED OF THIS SHIT
