Hey guys, despite the amount of stories I have on my profile, I have trouble with creativity because I get lazy and never finish anything. But I have to finish this next writing endeavor because it is an assignment. The prompt is “create your own unique superhero” and I kinda have a basic idea of what I’m gonna do, but I need your help to figure out if this is a good idea or if I should just burn it and cry.
          Here’s what I have so far:
          Name- Cass (short for Cassandra)
          Power- Can control the air around her at will
          Nationality- American
          Ethnicity- Hispanic
          She is on the autism spectrum and loves anything and everything related to space. Unfortunately, she had a tough childhood, having an abusive mother and an absentee father. Her best friend is her pet Golden Retriever Alex. 
          As for how she got her powers: One day, a scientist friend of her dad’s turns evil and kidnaps her, her dad, and then he said “frick it; the dog, too.” He experiments on all of them, except the dad because he’s also a scientist and he doesn’t want smart guy ded, so now she can control air and stuff and also the dog is fast and can communicate with her.
          One day, the dad is just like “frick it, I’m breaking me, my kid, and her dumb dog out” so he does that. The thing is, evil guy also experimented on an bunch of other people and animals while trying to build a super army for himself so he can take over world. So now Cass, absentee dad, and fast dog have to break a ton of people out. 
          Yeah that’s basically it. Are y’all interested in it? I’m gonna wrote it all out for the assignment but then if y’all want I can also post it on here right besides horrible sketches I made of the characters and settings
