This is like the only site my best friend doesn’t use anymore and they can’t see my posts so I’m just gonna say it
I don’t understand the popularity of Parkour Civilization, like, my friends love it and maybe I went into it with way too high expectations, but that’s because my friends hyped up it to hell and back. Especially going into part two, my friend always goes on about it being super gay or whatever but Seawatt spends the whole time being insufferable and “the friend” aside from never getting a name has maybe thirty minutes of screen time in this four hour series. Every scene is literally just nothing characters spouting out dialogue for ten seconds before Evbo goes right back to narrating everything that happens on screen like we’re five year olds which I’m sure is the people he was expecting to be watching it. This is not peak cinema or any groundbreaking story or metaphor, it’s not The Odyssey and it’s definitely not fucking Animal Farm (two things I’ve actually seen it be compared to), it’s four hours of vine booms and having the plot handed to me like a tomato on a led platter. I’m not gonna give any shit to people who like it, I enjoy watching stupid shit, especially dumb Minecraft series, but you don’t see me praising MangoTango’s Fnaf World series the way Parkour Civilization fans do. I just wish people would stop hyping it up because I went into that series expecting some dsmp level shit, and was severely disappointed.
