Hey everyone; I've been having a slurry of comments from obvious bot accounts telling me that I've won "wattpad premium access" or some such...I'm at probably three comments a day like this, on random chapters. Anyone else having this problem? It's obviously a scam, and I would HIGHLY advise everyone to not click on the links provided. It just seems like everyday, there is a handful of new accounts, commenting the same bs over and over again.

@Humfrey_Mahikan I haven't had that happen to me. Thanks for the warning.

I just finished reading the Wolv series for the second time. It still kept me on my toes and tugged at ALL of my emotions.

Your style of writing is refreshing and very original. I can't wait for you to finish some of your other books so that I can binge on them too.

You are absolutely my most favorite author hands down.

          Keep up the great work.

I hope life is treating you well and you and yours are having wonderful adventures.

@Softail3543 Hey!!! I know I'm a little late to the game responding here, but wow, that really means a lot to me! It's been a long time since I wrote the Wolv series and my writing has definitely improved since then, but it still carries a very, very special place in my heart and I'm really glad you still like it!

Life has been a wild adventure to say the least, from striking out on my own a few years back to meeting my wife in the last place I would have expected. Since writing Wolv I've written a romance and a sci-fi, which I've begun submitting to literary agents. Here's hoping!

Thank you so much for your kind words. I hope life has treated you well, too!

            Until we meet again,

            Michael

Just finished the Wolv series. Man Humfrey is quite a character! Amazing work by the way

Humfrey_Mahikan

@KathleenHincapie Hey, thanks! It's been quite a while now since I wrote them, I'm really happy to see people still reading and enjoying them! I'm a little older and (I think) a little wiser, so I might go through them one day and update them a little bit! Thanks for reading!!

Wolv came up on my recommended list a little while ago and since I started it, I have been reading every spare second I have while trying to finish my college program online during this pandemic (without this series I would be much more productive but much less happy lol). I really must praise the author, it's probably the most unique book series I've read in the werewolf genre! I loved Humfrey's character development, and your descriptions of the wolv transformations are by far the most believable and realistic I have encountered. Your storytelling ability is absolutely immersive and well thought out.

I am living in Central Ontario at the moment and I'm so glad to read from a Canadian writer! Especially when your story is also set in Canada! We need more of you! I liked that I got to learn a lot about the Manitoban geography and about some of the Indigenous language and culture of the area through your writing. I did a specialization in linguistics when I went to university, so you could say I'm a bit of a language nerd!

Overall, I would recommend the Wolv series to anyone looking for a departure into a convincingly wayward world filled with wolvs and wilderness. (P.s. alliteration is fun!)

          Highly recommend!

I just have to say WOW... I have just finished reading "Home"... All three books were so captivating that I could not stop long enough between chapters or books to vote or comment, hence my message now. I have read a lot of books, I read a minimum of 320 to 330 books a year, but I can honestly say that your three books - Wolv, Ice and Home - are the best I have ever read, both in print and in ebook. I will definitely be going to purchase a copy of Wolv and Ice off Amazon and will eagerly await Home to be released on Amazon.

@smolbeanowen Hey, thank you SO MUCH for reading!!!! really cool to have another Manitoban here! I tried to write what I know, and well...I do live about five minutes outside of Winnipeg, so here we are!!
