@TheFantabulousMe So Harry, like in the movie, talks to Kate about getting the cure from Spider-Man which he doesn't get until later. A couple days later Samuel has a party he invited Kate and Harry to. Its there that Sam and Kate get drunk and share a kiss infront if Harry. So there is when they broke it off. Obviously she still had feelings for Harry. She happened to be in the office the day Harry got Electro to attack. Peter tryed to get there to save her and Gwen. In the process of trying to get out she get trapped by Harry who only felt rage. Sp he ordered Electro to attack so he struck Kate in the stomach. Immediately after Harry felt remorse. He ran to her and that where they shared there last words and a kiss before she passes away
