HOLY SHIT! I just had a thought, if someone like Izuku Midoriya, was given Za Hando...he would be a threat to the Multiverse. I mean think about it, if you apply the statement that, "the hand can erase anything with no limit to what he can erase", he could erase space-time, time space, time or space, gravity and a whole lot of other shit. You give that to Izuku, who can break down a quirk to its simplest factors and he could do anything...Anything. He would be too OP.
