Example: 1 Character (0 USD) +Headshot (10 USD)+cell shading (+3 USD)+no Background (0 USD)+Colorful line (+3 USD)= 16 USD
No Base price is Above 30 USD, But Definitely could reach Above 30 USD depending on the Additions added to it.
