Hey guys, I am still alive. I know I haven't been online and I have not been updating, however university has been incredibly stressful lately so much so that I have actually had my first two stress induced anxiety attacks and before they started I didn't even know that I had anxiety. It was so scary the first time it happened, I am still trying to get my head around it. I would take any advice on how to deal with these. My mild ADHD makes it hard for me to think straight when I have the attacks. I seem to just panic more and Urgh I can't even think about them without my chest getting tighter....
