The things I do for myself include: overthinking, writing when I'm absolutely pissed off, and marathoning very often. I have found that these things do not help in any way except for the second one. Knowing me I will still probably do both the 1st and 3rd one, but aaye, I should be good haha.
I wrote 3 pages of stuff in my notebook. I want to write it so bad on here. Dad doesn't like it how I don't use certain things to use disassociation but I remember saying once that I like writing extremely human things down. I guess it's a me thing haha. Is that bad?
