So I woke up today and realised that inskeep through my alarm....AGAIN
          I ran to the gym like I was being chased by a serial killer bear in mind I didn't eat anything
          AAAND to top it off it was leg day today and I almost passed out.
          I cam home threw my guts out and ACTUALLY passed out
          So kids moral of the story is never and I mean NEVER go yo the gym with an empty stomach
