          Also, I saw in your bio that you're two weeks free from SH...that's amazing! (I just reached 16.5 and 17.5 years without SH and SI, respectively; I empathise with your journey.)
          
          I know I'm just a random person on the Internet...and I just want to say that I'm really proud of you.
          
          Every step you take is progress on your journey, even if sometimes it seems like you're taking two steps back for every one step forward. 
          
          It all creates the story of you, and that is one of the most important stories ever. I hope yours has many, many more chapters to come.
