          I just found a baby swallow injured on the ground in a bundle. It's alive and I like put it in a box and leaned the top over so it doesn't get cold outside but so it can breathe too. Apparently baby swallow's eat insects but I don't have any so I just cut up some apples into tiny pieces and fed it to him/her with a tweezer. I don't know how to make her drink water since the tweezers can't work for that and I've tried some pretty odd things with a straw :'). But yeah, does anyone with any knowledge of baby swallow/bird's offer some advice? My parents think he/she will be dead by tomorrow but I've named them Birdy and I'm attached so I hope that doesn't happen.

I recently enrolled in ju-jitsu (or however you spell it), andddd I don't know what to expect.
          
          I was having some urges to join a boxing class or any type of self-defense, because whenever I'm angry/emotional I feel the need hit something, and I feel like sparring will assist me on that. I'm not a violent person, but I'm rather ambitious, and I want to win a fight/sparr, (not only for bragging rights, but because I love winning in general, even if I get hurt. 
          
          If anyone has done competitive ju-jitsu, can you tell me what to expect?
