The Agency

The International First Responders Agency (IFRA) was established and funded by ████████ in 1908, solely for the purpose of responding to any irregularity and to discover and understand the things humans cannot explain. After the passing of ████████ IFRA was handed over to operate under the special order of the world council, consist of 18 people and the breaker. In the sense that the world needs the agency for its special purpose. 

In 1947, IFRA expands its operation not only to understand anomalies but also to prepare a countermeasure for the things they might unleash and/or discover, given the logic of its purpose IFRA's 60% of funding goes to special technology advancement. 

The agency works in a very discreet manner to ensure the safety of everyone and to prevent chaos and disorder. For the last decades, IFRA has already uncovered various anomalies from all around the world.
