i’m actually going insane because this, primarily referring to chatfic, socmed aus, a constant for four years of something i do have enough shame to not type out, and on a grander scale but no less veritable, the internet at large, can all be traced back to two individuals, being medeawasright on twitter / dicaeopolis on ao3 and owlinaminor on ao3 aka betsy, who in addition to being a great fic writer, is also a covid-19 data journalist. that’s right. the influence of their fic national hot dad alliance is now calling, AKA NHDA, has forever changed the psyche of everyone on the internet. that’s not even the tip of the iceberg, fellas. not even the damn tip. but since i am not touching that, here’s the conclusion: if you were a time traveler and you really, really want to alter the events of the 21st century, just stop furudate from writing haikyuu
