@EmpressSpartan I'm glad to hear it ^-^ and I am glad you enjoyed it. 
            
            That's actually my intentions to have the Pillar of Autumn to survive and do so in a unique approach with the help of a literal Forerunner, apart from it's original version in the Halo games. 
            
            Right now, Volume 1: Combat Evolved is currently in it's rough draft state and the final draft will be done in tandem with Volume 2.
            
            As for the next Halo book, Volume 2 is going to be called 'Homefront' and will take place in the events of Halo 2. It is currently in production and will be released piece by piece and completed at the end of October or the start of November.
            
            There is more being planned in my 'Halo fanfiction series' in total of 6 volumes in the near future, even standalones and other projects when I have the time. 
            
            Overall thank you for discovering my work and taking the time to read and enjoy it. Stay tuned for more to come on this 'unexpected journey'.
