          Personality: Driven, hardworking, and guarded. Empathetic yet secretive, with a quietly defiant edge. Maternal, protective, and morally grounded. Pragmatic, resilient, and observant, with deadpan humor, a goofy side, and a knack for tech sleuthing.
          
          Hobbies: Hiking, journaling, MMA, knitting/handcrafts, cooking, vinyl collecting, yoga/stretching, baking, sketching portraits, crosswords, mural painting, studying, walking, and sunbathing.
          
          Backstory: Bernadette “Birdie” Lillia Delaney (b. 1985) was left at an orphanage as a newborn and later adopted into the SAMCRO family by Otto and Luann Delaney. She grows up between Luann’s Cara Cara studio and Stockton State Prison, raised by letters from Otto and Luann’s push for education. Torn between the club’s influence (Gemma and Clay wanting her close) and Otto and Luann’s hope she escapes, Birdie chooses education as her way out, studying Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology. By 23, she’s a college sophomore working double shifts as a waitress and bartender to stay independent, quietly resisting the club’s control. Despite trying to distance herself, she remains deeply tied to SAMCRO and becomes Abel’s godmother, grounding the Teller family during chaos.
