Fuck it, everyone , here’s a sneak peek of one of the scenes I’ve finished of the next chapter. ‍♀️
          
          Gotta keep y’all watered and fed somehow.
          
          This is a… *different* type of tension-filled Melakin scene. ✨ Hehehehe.
          
          Don’t worry, he’s just being a little silly. ☺️ Hehehe, silly little Anakin. Wouldn’t hurt a fly, ya know? Mel’s just playing hide and seek with him. ‍♀️

          An icy chill crawls up her spine as amalgamations of Anakin's rumbling tone become nearly manic, thickening with the disgusting wheeze of the monster's respirator even more.
          
          "... I won't be alone!"
          
          "Oh, God—" she mumbles wildly, lungs burning and shaking muscles screaming for rest. Rotting trees blur past her vision in warbling streaks of a mixture of calming blue and the bloodiest of reds.
          
          But there is no rest to be found. Not if she wants to survive through the night.

          I’m sorry for taking a while to get back to you all (surgery takes a lot out of you, but it went okay! ❤️), but I’m now after almost two weeks fully on the mend! ✨ And I just wanted to hop over and share that and thank all of you special little reader ducklings for wishing me well! You have no idea how heartwarming it is to me. It definitely helped having some encouragement beforehand.
          
          I’ve also finished another scene for the text chapter, so good for you guys! Haha. :)

Hello, everyone! ✨ I’m sooooo sorry for kinda vanishing into the digital ether for a while.  But I am back to leave you all this important announcement, because I’m sure you’re all slightly curious why my writing seems to be going slower, not taking into account my struggles with depression that affect my writing speed.
          
          Well, the reason I haven’t had as much time to write is because for the past few months I’ve been dealing with stupid health insurance crap and having to go back and forth with people on the phone to get a surgery scheduled. And I just wanted to let you all know that my surgery will be coming up soon on January 15th, and so after that, I’ll probably be out of commission for a while.
          
          But don’t panic! ❤️ It’s not anything serious or life-threatening for you all to worry about. It’s just something I need to get done. But I just wanted you all to know so you didn’t wonder where your dear Star Wars Fic writer has gone. Lol.
          
          I’m a little nervous about the surgery coming up, but that’s just my anxiety going under anesthesia in general. Lol. 
          
          Anyways! ✨ I hope you all won’t mind me coming on here maybe a few hours before and asking for a little messages to hype me up. Just imagine you’re sending me a dopamine package through the mail. ✨❤️ Lol. 
          
          And just so you all know, I have seen all of your lovely comments and they make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside every time I see them! ❤️ Don't worry, it might take a while, but you all WILL eventually get a response from me. I've basically made a pact with myself to do that. Lol. ❤️
