Okay so Uhm I took French in 11th grade (school starts in August) and I've never studied French before and there's gonna be ppl like me but like I'm nervous now I feel like I shouldve just taken the language I've been studying for the past 5 years but I wanna learn a new language but idk ahhhhhh

@Newtmas_Larry05 so they said they'll allot a subject based on how many people choose it like if there's only two ppl taking French then it won't make sense to have a teacher just for that so they gave us like 5 languages and asked us to set preferences like 1st is French second is sanskrit for me and so on so if there's no one taking French then I'll be moved to my second preference so let's see. But thankyou for telling me that if I end up getting French ill def do it

@Newtmas_Larry05 yeah ik that because basically where I live we change schools after 10th and go to "junior colleges" so 11th and 12th grade but it's like college-no uniforms and such. And lots of schools here don't have foreign languages as a subject except English obv because we have enough native languages. So I studied a native language for 5 years and now I'm changing to French and ik a LOT of people are gonna be like me but I'm just worried if I won't be good at it my mom's gonna be like "ah I told you so" and she'll basically flip out T_T
