feel free to skip to the bottom of this message for the point, but this is a bit of context:
okay, so, i hate to admit but i've never actually finished writing one fic before, and sink or swim is the biggest, longest, most ambitious fic that i've ever planned, and because of that, it's kinda become a chore to write. i love the characters and story so so much, but my brain isn't agreeing with me at the moment and hasn't been for about the past month.
so. here's what's gonna happen:
i'll keep writing sink or swim at the pace which i'm going at the moment (which is extremely slow) BUT there will be another fic coming out shortly (when? idk yet). this fic is meant to be short. i heavn't crammed it full of subplots and deep lore. it's just a way for me to get back into the flow of writing without messing up my golden child.
