Who else thinks wattpad is going downhill with these “coins”?? I’ve been on for about 7-8 years (this is a second account) and it was doing so well until it started acting like all those other sites. Honestly wattpad is supposed to be a place for authors to start out... NOT to make money. Half the books have a lot of grammatical errors or don’t make sense. I’d rather not spend 5-10 dollars on a book that I end up not liking. I remember when it had forums...

@I_Byte I agree. I've been gravitating towards inkitt. It's much like Wattpad was 10 years ago. It's got share your story forums, beta readers, has writing contests (you win you get published), and they even have online writing classes which is cool. I like it a lot better. But it's not as popular so it's slow to get reads, but I'm getting more reads there faster than here.

I’ve been thinking the same thing, we used to not have to pay not to have ads while we read stories it’s getting ridiculous

I was super busy the last year and a half bc of a new job and such... can’t get into it on here but it’s slowed down a lot. Might try rewriting and writing the sequel. We will see!! 7 years later lol...
