            I’m really excited…. Ah yes, his name was Peeves! I got a tiny bit spoiled lol, because there was a Hogwarts short (you know, people using their acting skills) about Minerva McGonall being awesome when she helped Peeves during the time of Umb*tch.
            I’m looking forward for that :D (it’s possible I’ll hate Umbridge more lol). I already got the book with the Triwizard Trials, but I’ll try to read in chronological order.
            
            Is it just me or whenever I want to come up with a new character or imagining a “final fight/countdown” between made up characters I start listening to it (and other times as well).

@I_Like_Villains_ if Maud did somewhat bring Ezra under her heels, she deffo knows he’s Wundersmith. Also when Ezra said that Wundersmiths are always being paid, used as workers and scapegoats. (Massacre could have been partly been blamed on him.)
            Also his attitude is like he is a bit broken, he already tried to break the wheel but failed miserably (I doubt that he wouldn’t try again with Mog though).
            
            Yeah, intentionally or not the rumours about Ezra grew. Want to scare your sibling? Done. Want to have a cool, plot twist story where the bad guy is a Wundersmith? Done. Many people love to gossip, especially the bad gossip. 
            Is it just me or does the general mass population of Nevermoor think that there could only be one Wundersmith? Until Mog, I mean. But Ezra was the only one they were talking about…
            
            Also about the cursed secrets, isn’t it a bit weird that Mog was born into the Wintersea Republic? The same place as the only other Wundersmith was alive. Does Wundersmith’s souls actively try to find each other or something? Also Ezra and Mog have the same eye color, and both are pale in colour. Are they related?
            
            So what did Ezra think about the doll? Hmm, it’s hard to say because of Ezra didn’t talk about it, and certainly didn’t “Hey, Crow, wasn’t the Wundersmith doll awesome? Pfft I can say Wundersmith whenever I want to, he’s not after me. So what do you think about Wundersmiths?”.
            He might have just scoffed at the doll, but he might have been a bit…. Like Ezra isn’t out of his way to be a villain and blow up a person’s life just because of the sake of it, I think he might be a hero in his own eyes (or not, even he said of himself that he was a monster). But it has to suck that the city/country you love use you as… a villain, bad bed story and are hating on you.

@I_Like_Villains_ lol, so the government pays parents so that they could use the psychic babies sometimes at important events.
            
            Thanks :) I think Ezra stopped aging after he tried to take Nevermoor or some Wunderous accident or event changed him (or he got the Time Art right and stopped aging? As a gift, curse, side effect  or maybe he just chose so). 
            
            Yeah, it’s nice how it connects modern technology but not quite. I can’t read anywhere were Mog or someone else has a phone (not surprisingly, imagine 50% of the book being them on the phone. There wouldn’t be a plot by then maybe).
            
            Yeah, lol. I think I would try to find my ancestor’s messages, because I’m a bit curious what would have happened if I could have met them. For my own possible descendants I have no idea what they would do. 
            
            Yeah, if I had to change my name I would try to find a good one…. (I thought once that Nimrod sounded good, but I 100% won’t name my kids that).
            
            About Nevermoor having an Industrial Revolution, I just got a theory. Since they are so dependent on Ezra, for things to function, maybe Ezra shuts down possible revolution, because as long as he is the one he is safe. He’s unreplacable and make a safer future for future generations of Wundersmiths and some kind of status as well. 
            
            Also back to the third book, Ezra said something that made me rethink. When Ezra in the middle of the night just stormed to Mog, he said something about Maud controlling dangerous individuals, and that Mog should be 100% sure that she would be on that list because she’s a Wundersmith. Did he say this because something like that happened to him as well? Ezra Squall would never be completely under control, but he probably is in some kind of trouble.

@Riondra The whole 'i did it because i am a Wundersmith and that's what we do. We do the ghastly things ordered by people in power and we do the good things and take none of the credit and all of the blame' speech, yeah. (Can't help but wonder if something like that happened to him to make him try to take over Nevermoor.) I guess we'll see how she writes herself out of that - blackmail or secrets or something.
            
            Maybe someone spread the rumour further when Ezra was in control - dame Chanda and Kedgeree said that 'Wundersmith because synonymous with Ezra Squall, who had become synonymous with evil' so maybe someone took that and just made it worse and passed it on and then - like you said, bad news spreads faster than good and eventually the rumours and news outshone the good things the Wundersmiths did (centuries of them, even).
            
            I think the Society censored it because 'everything Squall's name touches turns to ashes' - or maybe they just didn't want people to read about him, I don't know. About the cursed children... I don't think the Free State has cursed children (they were never mentioned, Jupiter told Mog she's not cursed and no one ever commented on how the Republic treats them - I'm guessing that kind of info is confidential). So I'm guessing that people from the time when Ezra was banished made the legend worse and over the generations it grew into the myth it was when Mog got into Nevermoor. 
            What do you think Ezra thought of the puppet? Did it hurt his feelings or was he kind of like 'pff this guy, me? You're so ridiculous'
