COMPETITION TIME!!
          
          Together we will create the hero called Underground. Request what quirk will suit this mysterious hero. Fun fact they chose their name because they were not bothered to put actual thought into it so go wild with the quirk. It doesn't need to be powerful at all we all know the person makes the quirk strong.
