Nitwit - It contains "wit", so it means Ravenclaw.
          Blubber - Neville was shy, but turned out to be really brave. He was bubbly. So, blubber means Gryffindor.
          Oddment - Most of the snakes are odd. As you can understand, oddment equals to Slytherin.
          Tweak - Everyone thought that Hufflepuff was weak. Let's say that Dumbledore that too. Likewise, tweak means Hufflepuff.
