Ok. so I am very late to the whole DDLC controversy, cause I just never saw it, but now that I did, I can't tell you how incredibly stupid it is for the media to blame the deaths/suicides of two kids on the game some time after playing it. If anything, the game shouldn't be the whole reason for it, nor should it take the blame. If you want something you can actually blame... DEPRESSION, MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, PARENTS NOT MONITORING THEIR CHILDREN'S GAME AND DOWNLOAD ACTIVITY, and last but not least... THE BIG ASS WARNING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME WHEN YOU START IT UP

Its simple. The two kids ignored the warning. Now again, I myself am not completely blaming the game either, seeing as how it actually helped someone realize the stress and grief and sadness they would bring upon their friends and family if that had gone through with their plan of suicide. So after the accusations of the game being to blame, and one media actually contacting the team that made the game, the creator Dan never responded. So they take this as the opportunity to make the game the cause of it. Articles are sharing the graphic pictures, they fire at cosplayers and say that because they are dressed as Yuri or Sayori they want to stab or hang themselves, and even wrongly stating information about the game. It is NOT a mobile game, it is NOT an online game. ffs the girls can NOT message you!! And it is not the users fault for Sayori hang herself or Yuri stab herself, but then again, not everyone thinks about checking the files in the middle of gameplay. Tbh, I don't even know where I'm going with this, I just wanted to say- Blaming the game is unfairly of the media, and its just entirely dumb. Please don't kill yourselves, it seems like a good idea when your sad, but it truly isn't.
