Hey, you guys? Have you been having nightmares? I told my dad about a slenderman nightmar me when I was 4, now I’m having more of them about killing people..

Children 1 to 2 years should get 11 - 14 hours of sleep (including naps) kids 3 - 5 should get 10 to 13 hours of sleep (including naps) children 6 - 12 should get 9 - 12 hours of sleep. Teenagers should get from 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night!

          If people don’t eat you can start to hallucinate as well as the sleep message and our brain malfunctions! Also if you see it in this way, you don’t have to eat too much! I don’t care how you look! Everyone is pretty and personally, I enjoy chubby people and I think they are pretty sweet! Sorry if that sounded rude to you in a way...I’m trying my best! But yes, lack of sleep and eating can cause our brain to malfunction!

          I guess I can start,so my mental health has been very bad lately, and that can happen if you don’t sleep. I also know that if you don’t sleep for 
          3-4 days you can start hallucinating 
          Which has happened for me.another
          Fact,if you don’t sleep for 72 hours
          You can go clinically insane. So later I will post your ages and how many hours of sleep you should get and when you should go to sleep! You don’t wanna be like me now do we??? But thanks for listening!
