Dear Wattpad readers,
          
          I kinda did something.
          
          I know I haven’t been posting much lately. That’s because I somehow got hooked on watching a few series which turned into me falling in love with the cast’s friendship and relationship with each other behind the scenes.
          
          But on the bright side, all that inspiration gave me an idea for a brand-new story.
          
          Beyond the Credits
          
          Unlike my previous stories, this one falls under the New Adult category.
          
          Although the story starts in the protagonist’s final months of senior high school, most of it explores her transition into adulthood, her career, and the life she builds beyond the spotlight.
          
          Spoiler Alert:
          Some characters might be connected to the world of Nice’s Colors (currently a work in progress) and Nice’s Sounds (a completed story… in my imagination ). However, Beyond the Credits is a standalone story, so you can enjoy it even if you haven’t read my other books.
          
          I can’t wait to share this journey with all of you. See you beyond the credits. 

I’m currently looking for song recommendations that match specific chapters, scenes, characters, or moments from Nice’s Colors. Selected songs may be featured alongside the chapters, and contributors whose recommendations are chosen will receive a chapter dedication on Wattpad.
          
          As a special thank-you, I also hope to gift three contributors from the selected recommendations one of the first printed copies of the book.
          
          While I can’t guarantee when the story will be completed or whether it will ever be officially published, I do intend to continue writing it slowly and at my own pace, allowing the story to unfold naturally. What I do know for certain is that I plan to print at least one copy for myself someday. If that happens, I’d love to have three additional copies made to gift to readers who supported this journey and contributed to the story’s soundtrack.

          I just want to share a small win for this week.
          
          I’ve finally cleared my drafts, and Nice’s Colors has reached 50 chapters.
          
          Honestly, I’m still amazed and a little surprised that I managed to write that much, since the story literally started as a random what if and a daydream.
          
          Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to read, comment, and vote. They really mean a lot to me.
          
          The feedback I’ve received has been especially touching. I wish I could share them here, but announcements don’t allow photos.

          I am not a patient person at all, so “soon” became not soon, but now.
          
          As in N-O-W, now.
          
          I said I’d reveal the book cover soon, but honestly, I couldn’t wait anymore. I’ve been thinking about it way too much and yeah…
          
          I’m done pretending I can keep it to myself.
          
          As the artist said,
          
          sometimes a design isn’t meant for the first story it was created for, but it may be perfect for another one.
          
          And somehow, that design found its way here.
          
          Janice knows exactly which story she belongs to, and clearly...
          
          she made sure she ended up in Nice’s Colors.
          
          Let’s give Janice some love for finding her way to us.

          Quick little update on the book cover.
          
          Funny enough, just like how Nice’s Colors started (different lead, fifteen drafts sacrificed to the writing gods), the cover went through the same chaos.
          
          I had two solid ideas at first. Thought I knew exactly what I wanted.
          
          …turns out, I did not.
          
          Somewhere between all the revisions, I ended up falling in love with one of the artist’s premade covers instead.
          
          And when I say fell in love, I mean I could not stop staring at it. I actually lost sleep over it just thinking,
That’s Janice.
No… THAT is Janice.
          
          The artist was super kind and worked with me to tweak parts of it so it fits the story perfectly.
          
          So in the end, just like the book itself, we let go of the original ideas… and found something that was already waiting for us.
          
          I’ll be changing the cover soon.
          Way sooner than I thought.
          
          Which is good… right?

          I have something I’m SUPER excited about…
          
          I finally found an artist for my book cover.
          I can’t even describe how it feels knowing my story is starting to come to life visually. I’m so excited for you all to see it when it’s ready.
          
          It might take some time, but that just means I get to be excited about it for even longer. Maybe I will even manage to edit and publish all 16 drafts I have for Nice’s Colors. 
          
          No promises though... 
          
          I believe in “happy writer, happy story” first.
