2019. It’s incredible how long I’ve spent NOT writing. I realised I needed to take the time away to find my passion again. Like everything in the world, it’s so easy to get caught up with trying to become ‘famous’ or to have more followers, more likes and I fell into that trap. 
          
          It can be difficult when you believe in your work but no one else does and the numbers reflect that. I had to get away from that toxic thinking that had me feeling down all the time. I needed a break from all this and to find out what I really wanted from my writing. 
          
          I even stopped reading because it would just stress me out further. I haven’t written anything for almost 2 years now, but I am happy to say that once I picked up book again I found my passion for writing.

Hey guys!!! I know I've uploaded a few gaiters without blasting out one of these messages but I do want to say a few things. This weekend I had a spot of inspiration, which led me to perform a marathon write. 
          
          Having done that I can now proudly say that Shades of Tea is well on track again and I will be uploading every Wednesday. So stay tuned and a new chapter will be up in a few days!! I'm so excited :)

The next few weeks are going to be crazy, with my birthday, christmas and exams coming up! Yes, my university doesn't give us much of a Christmas break.
