About me...  I'm an engineer in the mining industry.  I travel quite a bit, mostly to Asia and Africa.  Rather different than writing books.  This is one of my hobbies.

"Last Daughter of the Moon" is set in a long time ago and is essentially a bildungsroman that follows Li, the last daughter of the moon, through her spiritual development and growing up.  The story is fantasy and action.  

I am trying to add one or two chapters a week.  However, consider the entire novel a work in progress.  I will go back and make minor changes to properly foreshadow future events.  When I first post a chapter it is likely to change significantly in the proceeding couple of days as I respond to my friends make comments.

Please feel free to make suggestions and comment on plot, character development, the pace of the novel and things like that.  Grammar, even things like missed words, use of the wrong word, and anything else is fair game.  

This is my first real writing using the first person and, to be honest, it feels really weird.

Look up the names.  I have used interesting names with real meanings!

The other book Archein is on long term hold.  It is a compilation of three parallel books.  I will pull them apart again when I get around to editing it and filling out the story line.  You are welcome to read it but it might be a bit of a challenge.
