Hello all you lucky people.
I've just posted the first three chapters of my new mega-epic The Green Witch, a young adult fantasy romance. It's a little different from the kind of thing I usually write and I'd value your opinion on it. Should I write more of this kind of thing or stick to what I'm used to? If I suck at young adult stuff please don't be shy about telling me. I need to know what areas I need to work on. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi folks.
Just finished reading The Vigilante and the Dragon by @AuthorJMColes
This is a wonderful book full of drama, humour and poignant emotion. The story follows the fortunes of Alex as she wrestles with the aftermath of sexual abuse that threatens to plunge her into suicidal despair. The arrival of three reptilian aliens, followers of an angelic being who oppose the machinations of an enigmatic Adversary, interrupts her search for an honourable death, but will their chaotic and occasionally hilarious antics be enough to give her new purpose and a reason to live?
This story deals with some heavy issues, occasionally becoming dark and serious, but at the same time it offers hope to women who have been touched by violence. This is a must read for those suffering from abuse and depression, whose sense of self worth has been taken from them. The message of this story is that there is no telling what the future might hold to offer a new light in the darkness. Granted, it probably won't be in the form of three annoying, combative and strangely alluring reptilian aliens, but if one can only hold our long enough and be open to whatever help comes your way, there is no telling what wonders tomorrow might hold.
And even if you're not going through stuff, this is still a cracking good read. I thoroughly recommend it.

Hi guys. Just to let you know that the first 14 chapters of The Fallen World, volume 4 of The Legend of the Blue Wizard, are up. For some reason they didn't show up on the notifications. If you're in the mood for some epic fantasy, though, make sure you read volumes 1 to 3 first. There're 12 volumes in all. All completed and only awaiting one final read through, utilising the invaluable advice of the incomparable @AuthorJMColes, before I post them. I hope you like them.

Just published the first chapter of my latest novel, Runaway World. Why not check it out and see what you think.

During the final decades of the twenty first century, a rogue brown dwarf star passed through the solar system and its gravity threw the Earth out of orbit around the sun.
Two hundred years later, when the atmosphere has finished freezing onto the surface, explorers from the last refuge of humanity venture out to see what's become of their world. Things looks bleak. Mankind faces a future of huddling in whatever warm refuges it can make for itself until the Earth's core goes cold, but then a discovery is made. An opportunity exists for mankind to leave the planet and find its destiny among the stars, but to do so requires an all or nothing gamble and losing would mean the end of the human race. Some want to take the gamble. Others don't, and so conflict and violence breaks out as the survey teams explore a planet transformed out of all recognition...

I've written a blurb for Runaway World, my latest novel. What do you think? I'm still half way through writing and then I've got editing to do so it'll be a while before I start publishing it. I hope you think it's worth the wait.

Could you tell me how the rankings are given to each published book. In some category I got 2nd, 16th etc, and I am unable to grab what it is

AuthorJMColes

I don’t even know if Wattpad tells us their formula
