My girlfriend put me up to this because I have the Wizard of Oz on dvd.
So apparently there's this urban legend/conspiracy theory of the Hanging Munchkin. It goes kinda like, apparently there was an actor who committed suicide on set, hanging himself. You can see a bit of it, or what's belived to be it, during the part where the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, and Dorthy are singing 'We're off to see the wizard'. It's mostly just a weird movement in the bushes on the left side of the screen, a little way off from the middle of the screen. At least, that's what I've found. If you have some free time, I would recommend trying to find it and tell me if I'm seeing things or not lol
