@mindless2020 I really appreciate this because I completely understand where you’re coming from! The new title is very intentional, though. Alessia has this habit of saying “one of those,” and all of my book titles are tied to my FMCs. So I started thinking about what Alessia would call her own story, and “One of Those Amnesia Stories” felt very her. I totally understand why the new title might give off a different impression, but there’s a very character-specific reason behind it. And I’m so glad you still love the story enough to buy it anyway. ❤️

I’ve been doing more announcements lately than actual writing, and I HATE that. I just want to go back to peacefully writing and pretending the rest of the world doesn’t exist.
If you remember, last month I finally got all my social media back, and I was so ready to get back to writing and start uploading again.
And then the universe said, “Absolutely not.”
My father got extremely ill and had to be hospitalized, so my family and I have spent the past month dealing with that. Thankfully, he’s finally back home now.
I also took a LONG, LONG break from work, which was honestly necessary… although they’re probably going to make me work approximately 900 hours when I go back this week.
I’m also very behind schedule with The Forgotten Wife, but we still have time left, so I’m just going to buckle down and get everything done now. I’ll be starting updates again soon, and I’ll also finally be doing the cover and title reveal for The Forgotten Wife!
I’m genuinely sorry for disappointing you guys and for vanishing like that. This year has really been testing me. So much has happened, some things that made me incredibly happy, and some things that completely knocked the wind out of me. And just when I think I’ve finally gotten my footing again, something else happens and I’m back to trying to keep my head above water.
Thank you so much for being patient with me, for sticking around, and for understanding. And again, I’m really, really sorry. ❤️
